I always really enjoy these kind of apocalypse movies and its referred to as 'action packed' so should keep dad and my brother happy! I think will be interested to see how the remake compares to its ancient original and seeing how we all like zombie films this should work for all of us. Although they aren't actually zombies are they, but close enough I guess... Anyway I'm hoping my choice is a good one! Let's see what the rest of The Twisted Family think!
Well this looks right up our street!
Miss Twisted:
Let's hope it does the original justice.
Twisted Teen:
Ha! I knew you would say that!! Looks like there is loads of action in it.
Twisted Kid:
I hope its really gorey!
Miss Twisted:
Well not too gorey else we'll have to turn it off.
Twisted Teen:
The army is in it I think too, I reckon its gonna be well cool!
Miss Twisted:
That Timothy Olyphant seems to be in a lot these days...
Twisted Man Thing:
Yeah he is a good actor. There are a lot of recognisable faces in this by the looks of it...
Twisted Teen:
Come on then, let's put it on and find out!
Twisted Kid: I loved it!! It was so exciting and I just kept wanting to know what was gonna happen next!!
Twisted Teen: One of the best zombie... I mean 'infection' movies, I have seen so far!
Twisted Man Thing: You were right son, there was plenty going on. A few funny parts too, which were unexpected!
Twisted Teen: Which funny parts? There was no comedy?!
Twisted Man Thing: Well the one on ones with those hunters was amusing! And when he almost lost his manhood to a bone saw!!
Twisted Kid: What's his manhood?
Miss Twisted: The seam in his trousers honey...
Twisted Teen: Haha! "The seam in his trousers" ha! Yeah ok mum! I didn't find it funny though dad, it nearly made me yelp...
Miss Twisted: Well that's because you inherited my brains and not your dads haha!
Twisted Kid: Which bit made you jump most mum?
Miss Twisted: Hmmm not too sure... I did clench right up though when they were strapped to the bed and that crazy man came in!
Twisted Kid: Oh yeah! Oh oh oh and the explosion was wicked! The whole film was!
Miss Twisted: Yeah I really enjoyed this too, the acting was great!
Twisted Man Thing: I liked how there were loads of different settings. They never stayed in one place too long.
Twisted Kid: I wouldn't if our town turned insane either though dad!
Miss Twisted: I would! I'd hide!
Twisted Kid: So at the end are they gonna...
Miss Twisted: Sssshhhhh don't give anything away you monkey!
Twisted Teen: Think about how they got contaminated and there's your answer bro!
Twisted Man Thing: Think that may have been my first ever zombie car wash scene too?!
Twisted Teen: *sigh* They are NOT zombies...
Miss Twisted and Twisted Kid: They are THE CRAZIES!!
THE TWISTEDS FAMILY VERDICT: 5/5 Top marks! Let's Keep it beside the dvd player!!
Proper solid amusement that will easily entertain a whole family.
Fast and fun with a few jumpy parts that made me giggle!
One of the best family suitable horror movie I have seen. A strong enough all rounder to appeal to juniors, whilst keeping the rest happy!! ;D
Well I don't want to be big headed and all that, but I knew my choice would be a great all rounder. Let's see how long it takes the others to match my 5/5 win?!?!
